Refund Policy

At Crativion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unless required by applicable consumer law.


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized or custom products, hygiene-sensitive items, and any products marked as final sale.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund. Clear photo evidence may be required.


Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@crativion.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. You may also contact your bank, as processing times vary. Statutory Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. For example, in the European Union and United Kingdom, customers are entitled to a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return period exceeds this requirement, so you are always covered by the more generous option.
